Straighten Up UK is a simple, three minute posture care programme designed to help you feel and look your best. The programme is divided into three simple segments:

Note: These exercises are designed for healthy adults, check with your GP, chiropractor or other health care professional, before starting this programme, just to make sure the exercises are appropriate for your specific needs.

 

Some basic rules before you start:

Think positively

STAND TALL – Straighten Up with a confident posture (ears, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles should be in a straight line).

Breathe calmly, deeply and slowly from your stomach region.

Move smoothly. Do not jerk or bounce.
